A: Prestige Health is not an outpatient practice or a substitute for a primary care physician. Prestige Health is the first private hospital service in Nevada and was designed to be an extension of your existing primary care services.
Q: HOW WILL SERVICES WORK IN LONDON AND DUBAI?
A: The exact same way that services work in Las Vegas. We have teams in both locations that will provide the same services and level of care as provided in Las Vegas.
Q: WHO IS ASSIGNED TO MY CARE TEAM?
A: When you report to the hospital, a Prestige physician will be waiting in the lobby. They will be accompanied by an emergency room doctor and a hospital administrator (likely the hospital CEO). The final member of the team is non-medical personnel. These four people will take you to a private room in the emergency department.
For a situation outside of an emergency room, Prestige has partnerships with private car services, laboratories for bloodwork, imaging and others.
Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN DOCTOR?
A: Yes. Prestige Health will grant emergency privileges for your preferred physician to participate in your care when needed.
Q: IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY TIMES I CAN BE SEEN?
A: No. Members enjoy unlimited visits and 24/7 access to our
concierge medical team.
Q: CAN I BE SEEN SOONER BY A SPECIALIST?
A: Absolutely. Through our established hospital and specialty network, we coordinate seamless and expedited access to subspecialty care.
Q: WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A CONCIERGE PHYSICIAN?
A: No problem. We can recommend and connect you with a Prestige-affiliated concierge physician to manage your ongoing medical needs.
Q: CAN I REQUEST REGULAR OR MONTHLY BLOODWORK?
A: Yes. Members can schedule routine or monthly bloodwork at their convenience, either in-home or through our partnered labs.
Q: IS PRESTIGE A HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN?
A: Prestige Health is not an insurance plan but an extra layer of protection, providing immediate access to concierge level medical service. Prestige members should still use insurance or private pay options for medical services but the membership fee grants access to Prestige’s full service offerings.
